FDA關於三聚氰胺的標準

看了好幾個禮拜的新聞, 越看越火大.
到底是記者英文不好還是業鼠長呼弄人阿.

麻煩FDA的新聞稿看清楚好嘛?

In food products other than infant formula,
the FDA concludes that levels of melamine
and melamine-related compounds below 2.5 parts per million (ppm)
DO NOT raise concerns.

這段是說2.5ppm以下應該沒問題....


等等

不過話沒講完...這段:

If products are adulterated because they contain melamine
and/or a melamine-related compound,
the agency will take appropriate actions
to prevent the products from entering commerce.

說的是什麼呢? 就是說雖然沒檢驗標準,2.5ppm以下也應該沒問題...
不過有驗到含三聚氰胺還是不能賣.

看...是怎麼樣,記者文看都沒看完就亂翻喔?
要唬人也不是這個樣子.
專家,也只不過是訓練有素的狗...有種就把名字報上來阿.
看看那個專家英文那麼爛.全文沒看完就出來唬濫.
人家是只要任何商品有驗出就不得販賣耶.管你是不是奶粉還加工品.


話說..在美國..melamine 是拿來做衣櫥隔板的.
homedepot 都有在賣喔!

edit :為了因應有些人還是看不懂:
2.5ppm 跟商品下架是兩個獨立的事件.
也就是說,不管有沒有 2.5ppm 只要有驗出就不得販賣.
它只是讓你知道吃2.5ppm以下應該是沒問題的.不代表是FDA的下架標準.
不過就算是微量,有誰會想去吃阿?業鼠長,你敢每天照三餐吃嗎?
